Since there are more sales on this, the Slick Cut sale should be used there.

id probably call the 9.38 and 10.47 mp sales high, esp given the lack of buyouts since no bot.tf snapshots. 7 - 8 should be ok here, making the Slick Cut 7.5 - 10.5 (sale there is 10.42)
