The last price change from two year ago is clearly outdated buy looking at the recent sell and buy order. sell order are going from 4-4.6 keys, while all the buy orders stick around 3.6 keys. The website still displays their value at ~1.3 keys.

You need proof of sales and not sell/buy orders

First of all, you need evidence of sales to price this. Second of all, there are buyers at 3.64 keys, 3.5 is too low if people are offering more. In this case, if you find a sale at 3.64 keys, you can round it up to 3.65 keys and use it in the range. You also need to prove a sale at 4 keys. In this situation, try Bot.tf stats. Also, the more sales the better
