Thanks for the advice. If I understand well, I must use sales to price items, but sales which are too low because they correspond to highest buyers listings can't count, right? Because I found no man on any unu server in 1 week to buy it for even 50k pure, that's why I went for that, it's the best I could get out of it. Please confirm me that I did understand well : sales at highest buy price are too low and can't count and thus must not be considered? If so I'll remove my submission.

Usually its best to not price things at the price of buy orders, however since there are no higher sales, im okay leaving this up to see if more sales occur. If none do, then I guess this is fine.
