The Blizzardy storm unusual effect is almost always around the same price of Stormy storm and with Stormy Storm Pardner's Pompadour being valued at 15-20 I believe it fitting to place Blizzardy at one key more, furthermore Blizzardy is almost always around high-low or low-medium being not the cheapest but not that expensive.

although I couldn't find any sales I believe a first value is still necessary,even if slightly off.
