The sell/buy prices are way higher than the price suggests. Sell orders are at over 15 refined and buy orders range from 13 refined to almost 14.

The item is pretty rare, being sold on steam market in 24 hours only once. On marketplace.tf the item is even currently out of stock.

My price suggestion is taking the highest buy order and adding a reclaimed to the high value, since the price is still unstable due to the items rarity and low amount of trades.

Nice first suggestion, however, you will need valid sales in order to price it as such.

You can't just use random numbers, you need to find valid sales and use them to determine your range, just because people are buying/selling at those prices doesn't mean that they're successful
