Checked the rest of the histories - no in-date sales for any of them...

So we have sales at:

To be honest, both 30s seem like high outliers given how many lower sales and how much they were capped at the buyout. While buyers have risen to 20, there are 3 sales at 20, making it a common trading point that should be included. I would go 20 - 22 here calling 18 low and the 30s high.
