At the time 25 sold on mp, there were bot sellers for 22 - 23 keys, where the bot owners gave up selling for this price and just uploaded the hats on marketplace.

Calling 25 high here, probably a lucky sale.

15 may have been to a mp buy order judging from the pricing graph on mp, but buyers on bp are way below that so I think 15 should be ok to include here.
