well in the suggestion you first linked the sale is declared with 200 keys added which would make it 1575 which he says he rounded up to 1600. although, in his first suggestion for this it says 100 keys added, so honestly not sure where that all landed. I'd argue it's safer to just call it 1600 flat with the two sales, 1575 could round up and 1620 could round down, and it covers whether 100 was added or 200 was added since the b/o would cap at 1600 if it was only the 100
Since it's not a huge deal in this case, I'm willing to accept this at the risk of it being slightly off in the case that it was 200 keys (but I assume it was a typo in the second suggestion, as the calculations in both cases imply it was 100). If no keys were added (as the compares imply) it'd also cap.
