Sales: 170 (Outdated), Antother 170 & 220
Price Range 170-220
Its odd that you would only add a higher sale when two new sales are lower than the previously suggested value, which was still in-date at the time of suggesting.
I do not believe an update was required when this was posted.
Buyers have risen, so in general, I think its best to leave this outdated to see how the market develops.
Understandable, when I first made the suggestion it was because the buy orders did rise a little bit and at the time, the sales were rising in price. Although, since then the b/o have risen quite a lot, so much so they've reached almost 190 which is near what the price suggestion is at. So, it's up to you if you want to accept it or not.
Since buyers are inconsistent at the moment, I would rather leave this outdated. Current buyers would also counter other data from 2 months ago, so the market at that time is not representative for the item right now.
If this had been very outdated and/or priced much lower I'd have been fine with the conservative bump up, but with the situation as it is I would prefer to wait and see what happens to the buyers. After all, the current market suggests your low end would still be too low.
Sounds good, thanks for your time.
