Conclusion
While the seller has been there for awhile, that is 2 sales at higher. Due to that, I'll be including the sales here.
Going with 12-14 here.
Eh, if it can't sell for 2 months at 12 keys, I don't think this should get a range.
Discrepancy between keys and dollar sales on mp.tf exist. We are ultimately pricing the item in keys. Sometimes we use the mp.tf because we have to, but I don't think this deserves an increase.
