Buy orders start at ~17 keys. Anything below this will be ignored. This gives us these numbers in order from low to high:

1 @ 17 keys (17)
2 @ 16 keys, 46.11 ref (~17)
1 @ 16 keys, 46.22 ref (~17)
1 @ 16 keys, 46.44 ref (~17)
1@ $41.98 / 2.35 = ~17.85
1@ $42.20 / 2.35 = ~17.95
1@ $42.53 / 2.37 = ~17.95
1@ $41.53 / 2.32 = ~17.9
1@ $42.98 / 2.35 = ~18.3

1@ $35 / 1.81 = ~19.35
2@ $35 / 1.79 = ~19.55
1@ $38 / 1.79 = ~21.2
1@ $38.50 / 1.79 = ~21.5
1@ $39.10 / 1.81 = ~21.6
1@ $39.50 / 1.81 = ~21.8
Taking 17 - 21.8
that high-end isn't gonna fly with 3 pages (including killstreak ones) for cheaper. you'd be better off excluding anything that isn't a pure sale, as well as excluding 18.5 from your bot.tf sales.
These are all sales though, if people pay these prices for this non ks australium grenade launcher, it should be the price I have to put in the suggestion. I know it's weird that killstreak aussies go for less, but I haven't taken a look into those yet. I would imagine they could use a price update aswell.
yeah just took a quick look into the ks aussie grenade launcher sales on bot.tf
Normal ks: ranging from 17 keys, 2.00 ref - 18 keys, 45.66 ref
Professional: ranging from 22 keys, 14.00 ref - 30 keys
So I imagine with marketplace and steamcommunity sales these prices would increase too.
Prices are supposed to represent the MOST COMMON trade points on items. People will always sell for above and below bp.tf prices but we don't have to include every single sale. Most common trade points look to be 17-18 keys.

Agree that the high end is too high.
