wait how does the sales on 2020-06-04 and 2020-08-08 has a buyout dated at 2020-06-23? This really make me confused. Is there anything I should read or watch more about buyout?

Scrapyard sold to Flappy, who listed it on MPTf with a buyout for that price. Keys match going to scrapyard at the time of the sale, and Flappy lists this taunt for sale at around the same time:
