I believe this to be a more appropriate price for the unusual looking at what other effects are being sold for.

You can't price an unusual hat based on what other hats (even with the same effect) sell for, you need to find sales for THIS specific hat. Each hat sells at different prices and you can't just assume it's worth one price because an other with the same effect is

I just compared similar tier effects and what they are being sold for, and put mine up higher then what it was priced to match the competition.
