I see.. but since the highest buy order is 10, so 9.38 is basically excluded right? so I might need to resuggest to 13 keys flat.

yeah, if people are offering 10 keys, 9 is gonna be too low, you can't suggest at 10 because there aren't any sales that round to that price, you can't just say 9.38 rounds to 10 because of buyers. In this case, I'd go 13 flat
