I bought the rack because I couldn't find a good video on YouTube with Orbiting Fire effect so I wanted to see how it looks in-game :(
You can use loadout.tf to test unusual effects and cosmetics
Loadout.tf shows unusual effects incorrectly to me most of the time, even Orbiting Fire looked very different in-game than it did on loadout.tf
