Recently paid 220 in keys for this hat, last suggestion seems to be still in date so 190 -220.

If last suggestion is still in date, I’m fairly certain you’ll have to wait for it to expire for another one to pass. In any case, this sale would be valid come that time. Are there any other sales? A single sale at 220 doesn’t warrant a range of 190-220.
These are the only recent sales of this hat which is why I set the range at 190 - 220. I wasn't aware that you had to wait for a suggestion to expire in order to make a new suggestion; I can resuggest then if that is the case or if the sale at 190 is actually out of date.

nope if the last suggestion is indate but another sale happens, you can just add the new sale into the range (as long as its reasonable, for this suggestion it is), 190-220 is fine here (190 is still indate, sale happened in july)
