you're suggesting 28 keys instead of 40

AS Bob and rich junkie have pointed out, there are some mistakes with your suggestion.

If your sale was indate, you should have suggested at 40 keys flat.

Since your is NOT indate, the sale is not usable.

There is, however a indate sale here:

So feel free to resuggest this at 27 flat.
