Sales at 50 (likely), 52(possibly) and 65.
Conclusion
Eh, two uncertain sales at 50 and 52, going to exclude them (1 was to a buyorder as well.
Going with 65 here.

That said, I think 52 is okay to include. It is supported by 50 and it took Rubi like 2.5 months to sell it.
