There are alot of quick exchanges in https://backpack.tf/item/7957229232 which I doubt would support a 12-13 range.
I would probably leave this outdated with what I see.
8 keys would be under buyers so excluded the one sale I could find in that history looked like 11ish so not that far off from range.

This will likely be around 10, also will be well below suggested range. I guess you could mini this for the low end if you want to update this. Either that or leave outdated, and given how old the sales are id probably prefer leave outdated at this point.
