Couldn't find any solid indications of both trades.
Open buyorder at 24 keys for 2 days now
Going to consider 17 and 33 keys as outliers
Judging by sales, going for 21-22.
This was in-date when you suggested it and you have not included any of the sales that were still in-date from the old suggestion from what I can tell, that's a definite no-go :P
https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/31100;5;u138 new sales below suggested value
https://gyazo.com/64fd35b0cbfab943736f80b1b2b0b28c sellers below the suggested value
You're going to need to do more research if you wish to update this, but the way this was done was too onesided - you've isolated one specific market snapshot, and for unusuals, you will have to look at a wider timespan unless you have a very appealing reason to decide otherwise, and I cannot find any such rationale here.
