Making a trade, and seems like the price is kina outdated. everything is above 1.3 keys now. Here's the lowest seller I found

You need to round to the nearest ~0.05th of a key for items worth over a key. For example this would be 1.3-1.35.

Also the seller you mentioned has already sold, here are the bot.tf stats if you are planning to resuggest.
