hmm I don't know about 69 here, there were buyers up to 72 a few days before the sale here, https://bot.tf/stats/listings/4P0ZVJ30 as well as the buyer had a buy order at 60. (probably negotiated up to 69) https://bot.tf/stats/listings/4EPRX5LD It also sold in under 2 days according to the history.

BUT, the sticky was ~29 at the time of the sale, https://bot.tf/stats/listings/4ZPLVJP1 making that 43 + 29 = 72. I guess this is close enough.
