you can't lower on less-than-full uses

presumably this is the one that the bot.tf stats is showing https://backpack.tf/item/546876204 as the person who owns it now has buy orders up for other halloween noisemakers

just an update, their buy order is backup as the noisemaker has shuffled to another inventory

this should be priced using sales only with the 25x use versions

Is the best way to find those using item histories?
