You need sale(s), not someone's listings, they don't work as proof
+ someone sells here for 75
P. S. Thats actually a sale, my bad, didn't read carefully
That is a sale - https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/31106;5;u10
However there are more sales to check:

Oh, I am dumb.
Sorry to the author, then.
Still, 75 keys seller here kinda disqualifies 90 keys price, doesn't it?
It's doesn't disqualify the price, it shows the price they are suggesting isn't too accurate, if it sells for 75 then a range of 75 - 90 will be needed, however if that seller sold it for 90 in overpay it would be capped at 75 too.
This is why (unfortunately) new hats are so hard to price. I would let the market settle first :)
Yeah, this does sound like a pain in the a$$ but you have to include every recent sale (up to 3 months) sale for an Unusual item, even if the item has 10 recent owner changes
2 sellers in classies at 80 keys and 2 on marketplace now at $160. 90 flat is going to be high here
Sellers have lowered to 70 keys. This is going to still be very high. Closing
