Out of the 24 in existence (last time I have checked) 5 have been sold on marketplpace.tf. The price of a key on marketplace.tf is $1.88
EDIT: the average price of a key during this entire sale time was within 6 cents of 1.88. Low- 1.82 High- 1.91
August 30th- $79.95/1.88 = 42.53 keys
August 31st- $99.95/1.88= 53.16 keys
September 1st- $80.00/1.88= 42.55 keys
September 2nd- $99.99/1.88= 53.18 keys
September 11th- $40.00/1.88= 21.28 keys (quick sell to a buy order)
the AVERAGE price of sale is $79.978/1.88= Average selling price of 42.54 keys on marketplace.
Current sell orders begin at $69.25, or 36.83 keys.
Sell orders start at approximately 35 keys on bp.tf
This indicates we are starting to find the resting price of the item, but with such a small sample size it would be impossible to narrow the price of this item within a 1 key range.
Given the evidence of 5 sales, I propose to value this unusual at 34-40 keys. This is below the average selling price since August 30th. However, taking a devaluation drop into account I believe this is an appropriate pricing until we see more of these in circulation.

I dont see 34-40 being a fair pricing. Maybe when they first became tradeable I can understand but at the time of this comment prices are at 27 across the board and buy orders are at 20.
Plus, recently purchased one for 26 keys

I think the suggestion would be more accurate around 24-27 keys.

Yeah, I saw it was an old suggestion. My comment was mostly to show evidence of a sale is all.
You have to use the median key price of the day each item sold, not today's
The difference is only 6 cents, it was 1.91 at the highest since august 30th if i'm not mistaken. Taking that into account, the average key price for this unusual would drop to approximately 41 instead of 42.54. My original point still stands and it is my belief is it still a reasonable proposition.
Just saying but the mods won't accept this unless you use the correct key prices
I am correct, check the key prices from Aug 30th-September 11th on marketplace.

Come to your own conclusion. A lower key price would only drive up the average price.

I didn't even mean it in a rude way, I'm just trying to make you understand that the mods won't accept this if it has estimated key values
I also apologize if i came off as rude :-) i redid the math, and the difference of 6 cents is less than a key in either direction. My opinion is that it just needs to get priced so that more circulation of the product happens. I appreciate the advice you gave me, and I'll take it into consideration for any other posts I do :-)

Where did 34-40 come from?
Remember that you're also going to need to find all the non Marketplace sales and factor in those as well, and do all the necessary minis for those sales too.

64 in existence now, 3 sellers at $55 on MP and 4 below 28k in classifieds
Looking at the classies, there are sellers as low as 20-25 keys and sellers for $50 on mp.tf. This clearly is not accurate anymore, so I would close this.
