Steam market combines craftable and uncraftable manmelters together.They go for $0.25, which makes the 6.22 ref sales seem high for this uncraftable one.

It's generally not ideal to use Marketplace sales as primary evidence for items like this anyway.

I'd rather use those bot.tf sales to make a range of 4 - 4.55 Refined here.
