Conclusion:

There are a lot of 8k and 9k sales untraceable because of other unusuals, but there were a lot of 9k "brought together" in history and a 12k sale at marketplace seems too high.

So i think a 8-9k price should be fine. Any help is appreciated as I am not really good with a suggestion.
