Taking current seller at 12 keys into account, pricing this at 12 - 14 keys.

14 is 100% an outlier, Crimson and Piu Piu (pretty sure was the seller of the mp sale) have been selling for ages at 11/12/13 https://bot.tf/stats/listings/MVQGQGX3

I would leave this outdated.
