Really old price looking to update, I have had people say this sounds fair but just aren't interested.

Similar hats with the same effect seem to be selling at a similar price.

Not as much proof as I want but it hasn't been publicly sold in years to my knowledge.

As Bob pointed out, this hat has not sold, therefore it cannot be updated.
