Either would be fine, 95% sure it sold for 24 (ref was spent) however since only 23 keys are seen in compares I would accept 23 as well.

How much ref was spent thats visible?

No ref is visible. It was a bot so chances are that it sold for 23 keys 37.66 ref like the b/o states. Because we don't know for sure and we can only see 23, I would also accept 23.
