Why are you subtracting the 9? You really want to suggest this as 78 keys if you value the Law at 69 keys. That being said, there is a seller on the classifieds for 59 keys.

So we have sales at 33, 36 and 60. Unless 60 was actually capped by a lower buyout, 60 seems to be the outlier with the data points here. This will have to be 33 - 36
