For a mini this should be fine but sales seem kinda scattered. We can leave this up to see what more sales will add to the equation.
why is 92 and 95 not in range?
They resold for less, meaning that it cannot be priced as high since the high sales were dumped/sold for less

The marketplace sale from the comments could definitely be included here. Also makes it a little more on par with the rest of the AF FR sales

Yeah I believe that should work. Might be worth confirming if there was a BO though.
Buyers are kinda close to 76 but seeing how some sold for even less it should definitely remain in the range.
