If you check steam community market it costs 52 cents 52/4 (value of refined) = 13 ref!!!
While Steam Community Market sales are fine as proof, they are only seen as secondary proof.
You can use sales from bot.tf as evidence, then use SCM and MP sales as secondary proof, also hai take screenshots of the sales you will be using as prices and graphs for this type of items change all the time.
this is too broad, the SCM sales vary, they're not always at $0.52. honestly, using bot.tf stats would be much better for items like this and it would represent the item with a better range. the SCM sales would support a raise

i know that you base prices off of what the buyer pays and not what the seller gets after fees but here they obviously sell for more on SCM because of that fee. this is why bot.tf stats are better for items like this
