Marketplace.tf sales in the month of September:

Considering mp.tf key as $1.85

10.99 -> 5.95 keys

10 -> 5.4 keys

6.41 -> 3.7 keys

Currently lowest selling for $11.10

On Unusuals worth over 5 keys you need to round to the nearest 0.5 keys, making this 5.5 keys, you should also check other sources than just Marketplace.tf sales to make your suggestion more valid (I.E item histories)
