105 resold to a quickbuyer, decent indication 105 is going to be high here. I would mini the merc's and use that sale as the high-end.

Also, 75 is under buyers now, but was not at the time of the sale so it should be fine to include. Supported by the sales at 62/70 as well.

Merc suggestion is done, you can probably include it for the high end.

That would make the merc sale 94 which can indeed be set as high end. 75-94 will do.
