Calling 14 and 15 low due to quickbuyers

17 does seem low compared to buyers (they do round to 17) but it is supported by previous sales and buyouts

21 does seem high compared to sellers (seller at 20 is wanting pure and nothing else) but it helps keep the range even

The mid-point seems accurate and better than current. 17 is slightly low and 21 slightly high though, so I don't mind closing and using as a mini by itself
