Conclusion

Buyers are up to about 52~. Going to exclude 35 and 37 as they are far below buyers.

Going to exclude 47 and 48 as well, as buyers have went up consistently within the past month.

There are 3 sellers between 56~ and 60, which show that 58 and 64 is likely high here.

51 is below buyers, but I am already excluding 5 sales below 50, and it would be unwise to exclude 2 more.

Going with 51-55 here.
