so that's the RA Fez on the buyer's side and the SBTWC plus 20 keys on the seller's side.

indate price for the RA Fez at 95 keys:

the seller finalized the trade 2 weeks after the initial trade, as the agreement that was made stated that the 20 keys will be loaned for 2 weeks.

Proof:

first half of the trade (just the hats, no keys yet)

second half of the trade (seller trading the remaining 20 keys to the buyer)

95-20=75

taking 75 flat.
