If we take a look at similar hats like Ye Oiled Baker Boy starstorm slumber or Bot Dogger they are priced at 18-19 keys. Robo hats from other classes also have similar prices for the starstorm slumber effect.

I feel like it makes sense that it gets a value close to that between 18-19
