Well I need this mini, so how should I go about it? As no other sales have happened besides scrap.tf ones.
If only scrap.tf sales have happened, I would reference the mini in your main suggestion and use 17 keys as a value instead of 13 (mid-point of 9-17)
I wouldn't make a full suggestion though, however a mod may have a different opinion. I'm just a lemon.

you can't "assume" when it comes to price suggesting, you actually have to check it...
Looking at Cp's bp with compare, this hat doesnt even show up in it, removed or added wise.
9 is under buyers and 17 went in less than a day. Best to close this and wait for more sales.
