37 is high, 26 - 32 should work here.
why do you think 37 is high?
its the statistical outlier here. Also, mp sales tend to be higher, and one mp sale that's 5 keys above the other mp sales and over 9 keys above the highest pure sale should be a pretty big red flag.
There is no seller at this moment to counter 37. Just because it's 5 keys above mp sales and 9 for pure doesn't mean its high, does it?
Buyers are pretty close to 26 keys.
Sales can be high outliers without a seller countering them. And yes, that does mean it is high, given that mp sales tend to be higher than pure sales in 90% of cases, it is usually a bad idea to set a high-end from a mp sale that is significantly above other sales, especially when its this far above the highest pure sale.
