I think that if real range is about 11.5 and 13.5 the good range is that.

Because lower price is 11.5 and higher 13.5 so, for my, is the better range.
But yours is also good
13.5 didn't sell and you can't use sellers as the high end. 11.57 rounds to 12 because you can't have decimal numbers on Unusuals worth higher than 10 keys
