Currently, 4 keys is very close to the sell and buy orders of the Breadcrab in Backpack.tf

Taking that in the Steam Community Market, Steam and TF2 take like 14% of all the sells, and the sell orders of the Breadcrab are close to $ 9.45, so 9.45 - (14% of it) = $ 8.13 = 4.36 keys according to Calculator.tf, and the currently buy order is worth $ 8.21 = 4.4 keys

So my suggestion is that, the price of the Breadcrab is worth a little more than 4 keys.

You'll need some more proof for the low end, 4.2-4.37 both seem to come out of nowhere. The Steam Community Market is generally going to be an inflated price, so it's often only used as supporting proof. This post goes pretty in depth if you would like to suggest:
