Conclusion

I'm sure two sales around 38, 39 and 40 Keys are more like a quicksell price with current buyers higher than the old buyers were for this unusual.

Since all the old effects are going up in prices, I'd personally suggest 50 Keys, but I'm taken feedback from the other people as well.

So I'd suggest a 38-50 Key price suggestion for now (Avg. price 44 Keys). Can make a new suggestion if everyone thinks 50 Keys is the right price. Thanks!
