Looking at Steam Community market the the part is selling for as low as 5.40 GBP which according to Calculator.tf is 3.86 keys https://imgur.com/qwFReC2

On Backpack.tf sell orders are 3.4 keys to 3.6 keys and Buy orders are at 3.11 keys to 3.02 keys https://imgur.com/Udv35JJ
So a fair suggestion would be 3.4 to 3.9 keys
you should probably take this down before a mod does and resuggest. if you need any help join the discord
On Marketplace.tf and Steam Community Market sales you need to divide each sale in the past 30 days by the median key price (on the site it sold on) of the day it sold on to make them valid proof, you can't just use Calculator.tf because each site has it's own key price. Also if there are sellers at 3.4 keys then 3.9 is gonna be too high. I at least thank you for not being one of those "just look at classifieds" suggesters
there are over a page of sellers below 3.9 keys making that high here.
also, you should be analysing actual sales rather than going off unsuccessful sell orders
