you can't use unsolds as proof. Anyone could lie about an offer and say "This guy offered 1000 keys for this unusual, this should be the price" you need actual sales to price an item

However, when it actually sells for 75 keys (if it does) then you can show evidence of that sale and use it to update the price

Can't use offers as proof, not that I wouldn't want to. But it just doesn't work like that.
