Only if the hat hasn't been traded multiple times within 2 months, can't check since I don't have premium.

not really, most people just use sales within the last 2 months for hats with a lot of sales. All sales within the last 3 months, if valid, can be used

u cant have a range with 1 sale (for your future knowledge aswell)
