I'd suggest a price range from 45-55 Keys(avg. price 50 Keys), thanks!

Foot quickly sold it for 45 after buying it for 55, making both sales unusable. I'd go with 48 flat.

There are some cases where some people buy and sell unusuals instantly to drop the price, so I'd rather include sales and make a good average sale price range personally. Will see what the mods want to do with this.

They'll most likely tell you to exclude 55 and 45 since the buyer at 55 regretted their buy and quicksold within a short time. 48 flat should work
