buyers on the juju are at 14~ keys and based on the suggestion for it suggests taking 13 for it is on the low-side.

also, both the brown bomber and the modest are outdated and will need mini's since that is where you are getting your high-end from and the values you are currently taking for those seem to be coming from no where.

As a general advice: it is best not to rely on sales like 2 and 4 for sugggestions. If something sold with that much (percentually) in adds for something else, the sale should be used for the larger item.

If they had buyouts, they can still be indicators that certain flat values are too high, but for setting a range it is best to gather more appropriate sales to price these.
