you shouldn't be randomly adding 8 keys to the jazzy sniper. if there is no proper mini, you should take the sniper at 32 since that is the only actual sale on the sniper.

The 8 keys isn't random. The one that sold was a spec ks sniper rifle and this one is prof ks. I think the prof ks value needs to be accounted for. It definitely seems like a pricing grey area because it's such an uncommon skin and killstreak kits are hard to price. I looked at the price of prof ks kits on marketplace for the last 4 days before this was sold and (ignoring the peak on november 5th) got an average of 24 keys, took off half the value since its already applied, value of spec ks kits for the last seven days at the time was at 2.45 keys, took off half of that from the spec ks one sold. that gave a value of 30.77 keys for the rifle without a ks, then I added on the value of an applied prof ks kit (~12) and got 42.77. I rounded down to 40 keys from that. If that doesn't sound reasonable I'm more than happy to re-suggest at 105. Additionally, a festivized prof ks version sold on december 3 for 89.99/1.77 = ~51 keys so if anything the price is low. https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/201;11;w2;pk230;kt-3;festive
if there is no proper mini for the prof ks version you can't assume that the kit will definitely add half of it's value when applied which is why it is better to use actual sales where no mini is possible. given the new sale though you provided on the sniper which is likely slightly on the high-side since you had the sniper listed at 40 keys recently, if we take 32 - 51 as the mini for it, it falls close to the 40 key price you initially valued it at therefore this is probably fine as it is now and should be good to call close enough.
